We are a team of experienced entrepreneurs, scientists, regulatory, and manufacturing experts. Team members have complementary experience growing companies, designing and making proteins, managing preclinical and clinical studies, securing FDA approvals, building first-in-class manufacturing facilities, and more.

Boost’s extended team has worked at major pharmaceutical companies, BARDA, and global CDMOs; participated in Operation Warp Speed and Project NextGen; developed or optimized thousands of proteins; and advanced >70 biologics (>50 vaccines) into the clinic with >15 to licensure/EUA (>10 vaccines to licensure/EUA).
